Work Responsibilities:
- Conversion of online signups & applications on website to Disbursement – with the support of marketing, credit & Branches – as a single point of contact.
- 25Cr of Disbursement Value to be delivered each month.
Qualification:
- Qualification – MBA
- Number of years of experience – 5+ years in Home Loan / Mortgages / Unsecured Loans / BFSI; Prior sales and Top Notch.
- Financial services experience is a must.
- Location: Hyderabad
- Reports to Team Lead & Business Head.
- CTC – 6L+
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication & Persuasion skills.
- Understanding of Credit Score & Credit Profiling.
- Understanding of Home Loans & Mortgages and Multiple Bank policies.
- Attitude to track, meet & exceed sales targets.
